AgileBG Foundation
Founded in Canton Ticino (Switzerland), AgileBG focuses on Odoo consulting, backed by a team of experts with over 10 years of industry experience.
First in Italy
The company became the first in Italy to offer Odoo training courses in the Italian language, helping to spread awareness and understanding of the software throughout the country.
Italian Office
The Italian office was opened in Olgiate Olona (Varese) with the goal of providing closer support to Italian clients and strengthening our local presence.

Stefano sforzi
Founder & CEO
Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Insubria (Varese) with a thesis on integrated information systems in companies, he began his career in IT business consulting, initially working with proprietary solutions before moving into the open-source world.
In 2009, he discovered Odoo (then OpenERP) and was immediately fascinated by it.
Since 2014, he has been the first and only certified Italian-speaking Odoo consultant.
At Agile Business Group, he is involved in administration, but above all, he focuses on consulting and functional analysis for clients.
Alex Comba
Software Developer
Graduated in Mathematics from the University of Turin, he is a FLOSS enthusiast and one of the founders of the LUG (Linux User Group) in his hometown. In 2007, he turned software development into his profession, eventually discovering OpenERP in 2012.
He is a delegate member of the Odoo Community Association and actively contributes as a member of several PSCs within the community.

Sasha Angulo
Functional Analyst
Graduated in Industrial Engineering from the University of Margarita (Venezuela) in 2011, she immediately began gaining experience in testing and training on proprietary ERP software. She further enhanced her skills through professional experiences across Central and South America, as well as in Italy.
Fascinated by Odoo's potential, she joined Agile Business Group to focus on functional analysis and client consulting.
Sergio Minetto
Functional Analyst
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (2009), he has worked on various projects related to ERP software, taking on different roles across multiple industries. At Agile, he focuses on functional analysis.
Marco Marchiori
Functional Analyst
Graduated in Economics and Commerce as well as Law, he has experience in administration, finance, and management control.
Since 2008, he has been involved in the implementation of open-source ERP systems and functional consulting.
He is a certified public accountant and statutory auditor.
Francesco Negro
Project Manager
Mechanical Engineer, specialized in management systems with a deep knowledge of the IT sector.
He found in Odoo an excellent software solution and joined Agile Business Group to manage projects and coordinate activities in collaboration with developers, functional analysts, and the sales department.
Michele Rusticucci
Software Developer
Self-taught developer with a passion for expressing creativity through available tools.
He worked in research and development in the public administration sector before joining AgileBG, drawn by the appeal of the Open Source mindset and collaborative spirit of the Odoo platform.
Alberto Re
Software Developer
Software developer since 2003, he has worked in various fields from telecommunications to cybersecurity, always focusing on Open Source technologies.
In Agile, he specializes in development on the Odoo platform.
